Biography

Eric Gurevitch is pursuing a Ph.D. jointly in The Department of South Asian Languages and Civilizations and The Committee on the Conceptual and Historical Studies of Science. His research focuses on vernacular scientific texts as well as Sanskrit epistemological texts written in the medieval Deccan. He also works on scribal practices and the management of information in the medieval and early modern periods.
